[Nairobi, Kenya] – 8th July, 2013 – With immediate effect the Shareholders, Board of Directors and Management of CB Richard Ellis Limited (CBRE), Kenya are proud to announce a change of name of their company and from now henceforth we shall be known as Axis Real Estate Limited.
In September 1998 our company was founded and started the journey as a Property Management firm. For the last over 12 years, our company has served our clients as CB Richard Ellis Limited (CBRE). Over the 14 years, we have offered our clients and partner the highest level of Real Estate professional services. With a change in name we are entering a new phase of growing into a stronger Kenyan company with plans to expand and become a Pan African brand offering world class service to our clients spread across the continent.
