Blue Stone (HK) Trading Limited was established by a Chinese and a Colombian in the year 2006. We started with 4 persons in a small office and just handled Jewelry accessories.
Gradually, more and more clients came and asked for our service. We began to be their purchase agency and learned how to handle the business in different articles, such as Fashion Jewelry, Toy, Christmas Light, Shoes, Watch, Glasses, Cosmetic and Daily items etc.. Our team grew up to be more than 40 persons, working in three locations to cover Chinese major markets. Our service also extended, including Supplier Investigation, Sourcing, Order Control, Logistics, Storage, Custom Cleaning and Specific Project Follow-Up.
However, some problems occurred due to our lack of experience on some items. We received complaints from some clients and they claimed for the loss. It was really a gray time for us! We had to stop our steps to think about what we can do and what the client need.
