Over a period of time, the QSR industry in India has evolved to a great extent, however, the industry is still limited to fast food QSR brands. Indian authentic food in a QSR format was not tried till date at a large scale & this is the opportunity, team Charcoal wants to go after.
Anurag Mehrota, Mohammed Bhol, Mikhail Shahani, Gautam Singh and Krishnakant Thakur took this challenge and launched Charcoal Biryani in Oct 2015. The co-founders have come together from diverse background of financial services, technology and culinary field.
