The Naval Families Federation wants Royal Navy and Royal Marines families to feel valued and to be heard.
We talk directly with families of all shapes and forms, across the UK and overseas, via our Portsmouth based and regional teams, enquiries desk and social media. Our job is to ‘take the temperature’ of families’ views on different subjects. Our engagement with families through personal contact, social media and surveys generates evidence that we can capture for the Chain of Command and other stakeholders. We provide a confidential service that is independent of the Chain of Command, so you can talk to us without your personal details being passed on (unless there is a safeguarding or security concern). We also support appropriate and relevant research, and have a programme of engagement with selected academic institutions and researchers.
We meet regularly with senior officers in the Royal Navy’s Chain of Command, Government Ministers, Other Government Departments and key stakeholders and in
