PCA-STREAM est une agence de recherche et de création architecturale fondée en 2001 par Philippe Chiambaretta. Pour combiner recherche et réalisations, l’agence est organisée autour de trois pôles :

Agence d’architecture et d’urbanisme qui conçoit et construit en poursuivant 4 axes d’innovation privilégiés :
- Reconstruire la ville sur la ville (transformation, mutation, régénération de l’existant dans la ville dense constituée).
- Réinventer les modes de travail et de consommation (nouveaux usages, nouveaux espaces dans la ville numérique.
- Promouvoir l’intensité urbaine (nouvelles formes de mixité, densité et connectivité pour dynamiser les zones faibles).
- Métamorphoser les lieux de culture (dynamiques du patrimoine, collaborations créatives, pratiques artistiques expérimentales).

Architecture, Design and Construction
Architects design buildings and the spaces around buildings. They work for individuals, companies and governments, from small scale projects like private houses to large scale projects like office complexes and shopping centers. Architects do not only design the building itself, but also the landscape around it, from how the building will be positioned on the plot and how it will interact with its surroundings. Architects also need to consider the purpose of the building, the materials used for its construction and the impact the building will have on its environment.
