The company also provides friction material products, such as brake linings, disc pads, railways brake blocks, clutch facings, and brake pads; seat belt systems and air bags; high pressure aluminum die casting products comprising hydraulic pinion housings, pump housings, EPAS Outboard and pinion housings, luminaries, timing case covers, engine oil sumps, and gear cases; and aftermarket products consisting of chassis parts and engine parts. In addition, Rane Holdings Limited offers telematics solutions for various transportation and asset tracking requirements. It serves automobile industries comprising passenger cars, light commercial vehicles, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, two-wheelers, three-wheelers, railways and stationary engines, and farm tractors. The company was formerly known as Rane (Madras) Limited and changed its name to Rane Holdings Limited in July 2004. Rane Holdings Limited was founded in 1929 and is headquartered in Chennai, India.
