To identify and increase economic development opportunities for African Americans and other minority groups. This mission shall also be inclusive to our military veteran population in Riverside County.

To increase the number and the success of African American and minority businesses in Riverside County, while developing a pipe-line of future entrepreneurs through better education and healthier holistic habits for better outcomes.

The Riverside County Black Chamber of Commerce (RCBCC) is more than an organization for just businesses, it’s an integral part of the economic development fiber of our community. When we speak of economic development we mean more than entrepreneurship. Although entrepreneurship is vital to many of our programs, we understand that the creation of jobs and the securing of these jobs is really what economic development is all about.
