Independent Support Coordinator Association (ISCA) is an association of public and/or private legally constituted companies that contract with the State of Utah Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD/DHS) to provide External Support Coordination Services. ISCA provides a professional forum of communication for External Support Coordinators and liaison with associating entities.
As such ISCA has formed multiple committees to represent External Support Coordinators with DSPD, State of Utah Legislature, Utah Association of Community Services (UACS), and to communicate closely with Utah Family to Family, Utah Parent Center, and other entities who assist those with disabilities. ISCA also plans and sponsors a professional annual conference for all External Support Coordinators and interested parties in order to assist Support Coordinators to obtain new informa
