After working for a decade in technology as both an internal and agency recruiter, sigma’s founder, David Rogers noticed most agencies he worked with (and for) were good at filling quick, turn-around contract roles to large clients, but didn’t spend the quality time or effort on filling hard-to-fill permanent positions.
