شرکت خاک مسلح ایران به عنوان بنیانگذار روش خاک مسلح ، در سال 1354 تاسیس و به صورت سهامی خاص به ثبت رسیده است. این شرکت ، اولین مجموعه طراح و مجری دیوارهای نگهبان به همین روش است. این مجموعه با بهرهگیری از تکنولوژی خاک مسلح، همگام با حفظ زیبایی شهری و حفاظت زیست محیطی، در برآورده کردن نیازهای عمرانی دارای سوابق درخشان ملی بوده و پروژههای متعددی را به صورت طرح و اجرا به منظور بهسازی خاک ، پایداری سازهها و احداث راهها انجام داده است. این مجموعه با توسعه فعالیتهای تخصصی هم اکنون در زمینههای مختلف ژئوتکنیکی اعم از بهسازی خاک، ابنیه نگهبان، پیهای ویژه، بناهای خاک مسلح و ... فعالیت مینماید. در این راستا ماموریت خود را توسعه تخصصهای ویژه ژئوتکنیکی، بومیسازی تکنولوژیهای جهانی و فعالیت هم گام با توسعه پایدار تعیین نموده است. خاک مسلح ایران با دارا بودن نیروی انسانی متخصص و اخلاق محور به عنوان ارزشمندترین سرمایه شرکت، خدمت به عمران و آبادانی کشور عزیزمان ایران را مهمترین هدف خود قرار داده است.
