京师律师事务所是一家具有22年历史的大型综合性律师事务所，肇造于1994年，总部设在北京，是中国最早成立的合伙制律师事务所之一，也是最早获批具有从事证券法律业务资格的律师事务所之一。2015年，律所在原有3000万元总股本的基础上，增资到10000万元，打造国贸CBD商圈唯一的律师大厦——京师律师大厦，拥有整栋律师大厦18年5万平米的现代化办公环境使用权。目前大厦三层已经全部启用，大厦二、三层将全部用于京师法律服务办公，一层也将以相应的配套设施辅助律所发展。
京师拥有一批实战经验丰富的精英律师，大多数在国内外著名大学的法学院系接受过系统的法学教育，获得法学博士、硕士学位，许多律师还具有注册会计师、税务师或高级人力资源管理师等资格。京师律师事务所还聘请了一批国内外著名院校专家、学者、各界名流担任顾问，为京师战略和具体案件提供有力支持。
