冷泉港生物科技股份有限公司于1990年在台湾注册登记，是专业从事现代科技领域中（如：生物科技、基因芯片、分子生物学、细胞生物学、食品微生物检验等）科学仪器、医疗仪器及试剂的综合性商贸公司。除了代理许多世界著名厂家、负责高科技产品的营销外，还从事一些项目（如试剂、仪器等）的开发、研制、生产。
经过20年的艰苦创业，冷泉港公司取得了突飞猛进的发展，业务不断扩展，除美国、台湾等地，已陆续开设了5间分公司。为了国内业务发展的需要，冷泉港公司于北京、上海、广州、西安、南京等地分别设立办事处。2002年全年完成销售业绩1500多万美元。
