欣欣教育基金会（Shin Shin Educational Foundation）是由美国加州旧金山湾区的华人华侨，于1997年发起、1999年10月1日，在美国加州正式注册成立的501(c)(3)*非营利公益组织。我们于2013年1月29号经过中华人民共和国民政部许可，以国务院侨务办公室为业务主管单位，是在中国设立代表处的29家境外基金会中目前唯一一家致力于改善中国偏远贫困地区农村小学教育、以期促进城乡教育均衡发展的非营利境外公益基金会。
在十九年的时间里，欣欣教育基金会在中国25个省市和自治区的贫困偏远地区共捐建了346所欣欣学校，结交了众多诚挚且志同道合的朋友及合作伙伴，并且，得到了中国政府、民政部、国侨办、教育部、地方政府部门、侨务系统、教育单位等的认可和大力支持。我们在美国和中国已拥有数以百计的志愿工作者（义工）、数以千计的慈善捐款人，他们之中不乏政界商界名流、著名侨领、和各行各业的精英，如IT界、律师以及资深的财经人士等等。
欣欣欣过去数年及目前的工作重心，已由建校、设施改善（如教学楼、操场、宿舍、食堂、卫生设施、文体设施）等硬件设施的捐赠，转移至诸如电子化教学计划、图书计划、师资培训、校长培训、小科目培训、线上培训、农村留守儿童心理健康以及各类学生素质教育活动等的教育专案等软件项目上来。欣不仅仅关注孩子们就读的硬件软件设施，更加关注孩子们长期的生活和学习状况。
欣欣教育基金会视欣欣学校的可持续性发展为己任，始终以学校、老师和孩子最迫切的需求出发，我们的宗旨即通过改造翻建旧有校舍、改善教学软件和硬件环境、提高教育质量，帮助中国偏远贫困农村山区的小学，以促进城乡教育均衡发展的最终目的。
欣欣教育基金会相信每一个孩子都应有良好的教育和学习环境，教育是“十年树木、百年树人”的志业，取名欣欣，我们坚信“众志成城、欣欣向荣”。凡存在过的必留下痕迹，凡努力过的必发生影响。
