薇閣旅館股份有限公司 創立於民國 89 年，主要從事『精品旅館業』。

六年前薇閣率先憑著從事建築業十多年的設計經驗，而把旅館浴室區和睡眠區面積分布的比例打破,而成為1:1，並在浴室加入更多類似蒸汽、烤箱、幻彩按摩浴缸、浴缸專屬電視等機能，把房間分成的不同的主題,讓重複消費的顧客一來再來而不生厭，更嚐試把休閒和娛樂的概念帶進客房內,例如把KTV、三溫暖、電影院做了若干程度的結合。
2007年8月在新竹成立的薇閣新竹館，耗資五億，每間客房內都有一張最浪漫的餐桌，餐桌上有燭光晚餐、水晶杯、,鮮花、、浪漫巧克力和小點心；在餐點的部份,首次與在台灣餐飲界執牛耳地，且也是台灣餐飲界唯一的上市公司－「新天地」合作，希望能將「私密頂級餐飲」的機能帶進精品旅館的產業領域，更期許此舉能再次創造「薇閣新天地」。
