Access Family Services, Inc. (AFS) is a behavioral health agency that has been serving children and families throughout North Carolina since 1999. Offices are located throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. AFS is a proud subsidiary of Community Intervention Services (CIS). CIS allows for additional clinical expertise and financial resources to strengthen our overall quality and sustainability.
