1.First we clean up your existing books, reconcile your accounts, then set up access on our secure online server
2.Once a week (more or less) you'll scan all receipts and upload to ACCOUNTINGX.COM using the ultra-quick SnapScan from Fujitsu
3.We keep your data current by entering your scanned receipts into your hosted QuickBooks file - usually within 48 hours
4.We provide you with monthly financial reports and coaching
