Our guiding principle is that we let the problem define the solution. We first aim to fully understand the whole problem, not just the problem or the symptom presented. We then think and work with you to design and deliver a sustainable solution. Alexander was incorporated as a limited company in February 2003 from a merger of two companies. Together the board of directors recognised that under the modernisation of public services there would be a growing need for private-sector approaches to be adopted to support change.
