At Antelope Valley Community Clinic (AVCC) our goal is to significantly expand access to primary care, disease management, prevention and educational services. AVCC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and your Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) located in and serving the Antelope Valley. The FQHC designation allows us to provide quality care at an affordable price while the PCMH model ensures you are provided with compassionate, high quality, and evidence-based care. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of the community by providing comprehensive, high-quality health care services including prevention and health education with special emphasis on the medically underserved and low-income populations. Antelope Valley Community Clinic provides you a one-stop shop for your physical, mental and oral health care needs. We accept Medi-Cal, Medi-Cal HMO & other commercial plans. For those without insurance, fees are based on your income.
