APASCO SA executa si lucrari de constructii civile si industriale, drumuri si poduri, geotehnice, etc.
Lucrarile demarate pe Valea Teleajenului in vederea realizarii Sistemului Hidrotehnic Prahova Teleajen constituie geneza firmei APASCO SA (1991).
Astfel, in toamna anului 1977 se infiinteaza santierul Maneciu avand ca obiectiv principal constructia barajului Maneciu.
Au urmat lucrari la : Amenajarea hidroenergetica Maneciu – Valenii de munte, statia tratare apa Valenii de munte, aductiunea Valenii de munte – Movila vulpii, rezervoare de apa de pana la 20.000 mc, barajele Fundulea si Mariuta si finalizarea barajelor Gurbanesti si Frasinet, barajul Vacaresti si nodurile hidrotehnice raul Dambovita in Bucuresti.
De la an la an APASCO SA este intr-o continua dezvoltare prin cresterea volumului de lucrari, consolidandu-si astfel pozitia de mare constructor.
