The Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union was established in 1960, under the provisions of the Federal Credit Union Act. The organization serves the employees of their membership, their subsidiaries and members of their families. It is governed by a Board of Directors elected from its membership at the annual meeting. The officers are elected from the Board of Directors. The Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union is owned by its members and is a federally chartered not-for-profit- financial institution. The mission of Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union is to optimize the value of products and services offered to our members. The Arkansas Best Federal Credit Union has one location, right in the heart of Fort Smith, Arkansas. The lobby hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central time) Monday through Friday, with Drive-Thru service available 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additionally, we are in the Shared Branching network, which gives almost 3,000 additional branch locations across the country
