We help children achieve at school by integrating the arts throughout their learning. Artis creates a very different learning experience from a typical classroom. With our approach, children are physically engaged in the learning process: they act, sing and dance the curriculum.
We work with more than 150 talented performing artists that deliver bespoke and tailored programmes to schools reaching more than 50,000 children every week in and around the cities of London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.
We offer four ongoing programmes to best fit primary school development plans:
- Artis Learning focuses on fully integrated curriculum enrichment
- Artis Language on communication skills and EAL learners
- Artis Film is all about visual literacy and ICT
- Artis Transition to mind the gap between primary and secondary schools
Acting and Performance Arts
The Acting and Performance industry includes actors, musicians, dancers and other performing artists who provide entertainment for audiences in movies, television shows, plays, concerts and other live events.
