Additionally, it engages in the engineering, procurement, and construction of cement and mechatronics projects, power stations, and bitumen facilities. It operates in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Europe, the United States, Asia, and internationally. The company was formerly known as CATIC Shenzhen Holdings Limited and changed its name to AVIC International Holdings Limited in February 2013. The company was founded in 1997 and is based in Central, Hong Kong.
