Das Büro b+e unterstützt Bauherren, Architekten, TGA-Büros bei allen Fragestellungen hinsichtlich energiesparenden Bauens. Hierbei legen wir besonderen Wert auf eine gewerkeübergreifende Energieberatung und die Prüfung von Komfortbedingungen von Planungsoptionen.
Neben den konventionellen Planungswerkzeugen zur Energie- und Komfortberatung setzen wir auch moderne Simulationstechniken ein. Das sind Gebäude- und Anlagensimulationen, Strömungssimulationen und Lichtsimulationen. Das ermöglicht uns genauere Prognosen hinsichtlich der untersuchten Varianten zu erstellen.
Im Rahmen der Gebäudezertifizierung (DGNB, LEED, BREEAM) unterstützen wir Auditoren bei der Bewertung von Energieverbrauch und Komfort.
