Barbara Cashman, LLC is a one-woman shop. I provide law and mediation services in the field of estate and elder law in the Denver metro area. The real benefit to my clients is that they get to talk to me, not a staff member - about the services I am hired to perform. I am looking forward to my sixth year as a solo focusing on elder and estate law and mediation. Elder law is a developing field of practice that brings together a burgeoning demographic, some uncharted legal terrain, and lengthening lifespans. It's a fascinating mix from a practical and theoretical standpoint! But what makes it ideal for me as a lawyer, beyond the legal and practical matters - are the "human condition" questions I help people think and talk about as I help them chart a course through what is often a wilderness. Helping people take care of "last things" isn't just a job for me - it's a calling.
