Bouwkundig adviesbureau voor ontwikkeling, voorbereiding, coordinatie en begeleiding van nieuwbouw-, onderhoudsprojecten alsmede het beheer van vastgoed.
Op het gebied van Nieuwbouw houdt BBA zich bezig met het aansturen van het complete nieuwbouwproces, van initiatief tot en met oplevering. In opdracht onderzoeken wij financiële haalbaarheid en ontwikkelen wij, desgewenst na het maken van een risicoanalyse, als gedelegeerd ontwikkelaar nieuwbouwprojecten.
BBA begeleidt het ontwikkelingstraject of de onderhouds-, restauratie- en/of verbeteringsplannen. Bouwkostenraming, inventarisatie, bepaling van de financiële haalbaarheid... Het zijn slechts enkele van de punten op het gebied van onderhoud waar BBA met gedegen expertise voor u klaar staat.
BBA doet het management van herontwikkelingstrajecten in bestaande wijken, stelt onderhoudsprognoses (inspectie en/of conditiemeting) op. Wij analyseren de portfeuille, bepalen commerciële huurprijzen en adviseren over en verzorgen aanbestedingen.
