BDI Staffing founded by Jim Brown in 1987. Jim came from the Lumber Mill Industry in North Idaho. He moved his family to Salem to become the first Industrial Staffing Company in Oregon's Mid Valley.
Jim pioneered the concept of Pre-Employment Drug Screening. In 1987 this was a forging concept. BDI Staffing brought this concept to fruition and has provided drug free workers to client employers since that time.
