Bellbird Spring is a boutique family owned estate in the heart of the Waipara Valley, New Zealand.
Winemaker Guy Porter crafts aromatic white wines and Pinot Noir using traditional methods to produce single vineyard wines with a distinctly European feel. Our range includes aromatic whites naturally fermented and aged in old barriques. Our house style emphasises texture, mouth feel and persistence.
As wine writer Jane Skilton wrote “These are lovely wines, attractively presented and made very much in a rich textural style, no doubt inspired by the wines of Alsace.”
