Best Body Boot Camp Inc. is a results driven, dynamic and fun fitness and fat loss workout program that motivates you, challenges you, and keeps you accountable. We offer indoor/outdoor bootcamp programs using city parks in the spring summer and fall and moving indoors in the winter months in various school/church gymnasiums. We also offer small group training for both men and women in our downtown training facility located in the Financial District. The functional resistance training and cardio intervals are specifically designed to get you your BEST BODY in a safe, fun and non-intimidating environment. Every session is led by one of our highly qualified certified personal trainer and is designed to be dynamic, fun, and challenging, while maximizing fat burning in the least amount of time.
