BGC, Inc. provides case management services to persons with developmental disabilities in 42 counties across Middle Tennessee. Our funding is provided by the State of Tennessee through the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our case managers, called Independent Support Coordinators, work closely with persons supported, their families and/or conservators, and others who provide direct services to foster independence and community integration.
