Lancé en début d'année 2012, Big Fernand est une enseigne de restauration qui propose des burgers élaborés à partir de produits de qualité : les viandes (boeuf, veau...) sont hachées sur place le matin, les fromages (Tomme de Savoir, Fourme d'Ambert...) ne sont pas pasteurisés, les buns sont fabriqués par un artisan boulanger du quartier...
Outre les burgers à la carte, Big Fernand offre aussi la possibilité aux plus téméraires de composer eux même leur burger à partir des ingrédients à la carte.
Après un premier restaurant dans le 9e arrondissement, la société étudie actuellement l'ouverture d'un second point de vente à Paris.
