Bindas Properties, LLC provides superior rental housing in desirable area's with great schools typically in single family homes with 3+ bedrooms and 1.5+ bathrooms. We acquire our rental units by purchasing distressed properties from multiple sources including wholesalers, MLS, Bank Owned, Shortsales, fellow Real Estate Agents and Real Estate Investors, and directly from homeowners through direct marketing campaigns. Upon acquisition, our properties are rehabbed with superior amenities including kitchens with upgraded cabinets and granite countertops, hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and new mechanicals (HVAC, Water Heater, etc). By providing a superior product, our tenants want to stay in our units long term, are happy to pay a premium and typically take care of the unit as if it were there own which reduces maintenance calls and costs.
