Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, Bosworth Capital Partners is a private investment partnership founded in 2008 to identify, acquire and direct the operation of private companies with EBITDA between $750k and $5 million where continued growth and profitability is clearly discernible and our expertise and relationships can assist in creating value over the long-term. Bosworth simply seeks the best businesses to own and operate. We invest in profitable private companies in growth markets, with the goal of building management teams than can accelerate growth, strengthen our businesses and ultimately become great companies. Our investment criteria are simple to understand and indicate that we are interested in transactions that larger firms often find too small. For example, our ideal investment size range is $1 million to $15 million, allowing for total transaction values up to approximately $45 million.
