Bright Employment

Bright Employment is a social enterprise committed to providing pathways to long term employment for new migrants, including asylum seekers and refugees. We also work with marginalised people including the homeless. We provide training and support to ensure our students have the best possible chance of success. We partner with a wide range of socially aligned businesses to provide meaningful long term employment for our graduates. All our students have the opportunity to undertake certificate and apprenticeship qualifications, some of which can be earned on the job. We work with some of Australia’s most respected training organisations, including Builders Academy Australia and TAFE Western Sydney Institute. Our current training programs and pathways to employment operate in the target sectors of building and construction, and office cleaning.
