Bron Afon Community Housing is a community mutual organisation working to improve the quality of lives of people in Torfaen, South Wales.
Set up in 2008 and now with over 500 staff, we are large enough to make an effective impact and small enough to be versatile, dynamic and flexible. In Torfaen we;
- Have the biggest capital investment programme of any public service organisation
- Are the biggest social enterprise
- Provide services to more older people than any other service provider
- Our tenants compile 60% of low income households
- Are a major land owner and we provide nearly 90% of affordable rented housing
