El 30 de Noviembre de 2011 se constituye la Sociedad Construyendo Sonrisas SpA.. El 1 de Febrero de 2013, comienza a operar bajo una antigua marca del mercado dental chileno, con el objetivo de entregar salud dental con altos estánderes de calidad, avanzadas tecnologías y profesionales de las mejores universidades de Chile.
Inicialmente ofrecimos atención dental a través de clínicas asociadas en todo el país.
El 2013 se decidió ofrecer los servicios dentales a nuestros pacientes a través de Centros Odontológicos de Especialidades propios, lo que nos ha permitido seleccionar los mejores profesionales en todos los cargos y tener un absoluto control de la calidad, de las instalaciones, equipos, instrumentos e insumos.
El 14 de Septiembre de 2013 inauguramos nuestro primer Centro Odontológico Plaza Egaña, y en Octubre de 2014 estamos por iniciar la atención en nuestro Centro Odontológico Plaza Maipú.
A partir del 1 de Octubre de 2014 mostramos nuestra renovación y crecimiento con nuestra nueva marca.
