CMG Research, L.L.C. (“CMG Fund” or “Fund”) is a multi-strategy hedge fund, managed by CMG Investments, LLC, with an initial focus on event-driven strategies, deploying proprietary investment processes across several asset classes including global equities, new issue global equities, and debt securities. The Fund services institutional clients, including public pension funds, corporate pensions, sovereign funds, endowments, foundations, and hedge fund of funds. Our management team has over 50 years of combined financial services experience, spanning across investment management, risk management, and investment banking. Since forming in 2002, the firm has participated in over 75 corporate capital markets transactions with a par of over $68 billion in equity and debt financings. The equity capital markets deals include issuers such as the New York Stock Exchange, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Travelers, Genworth Financial and Google, Inc. in which CMG was a Co-Manager.
