At Care1st Health Plan Arizona, our members come first. We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Care1st Health Plan, which has been operating in southern California for over 15 years.
We offer three lines of business to meet the health needs of our communities. Care1st Health Plan Arizona provides quality health care to members enrolled in the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) and Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). In addition, ONECare by Care1st Health Plan Arizona offers a Medicare Special Needs Plan to individuals who are eligible for both AHCCCS and Medicare Parts A and B. All services are available in both Maricopa and Pima Counties.
