CDC Construction Ltd. has completed over $300,000,000 of construction in the Lower Mainland over the past thirty years. We were incorporated in 1984 and are owned by Warren Gotch and Chris Holman.
CDC specializes in office improvements, building renovations, retail and restaurants including healthcare and hospitals, office buildings, malls and heritage projects. CDC can provide Construction Management services as well as traditional General Contracting. We maintain a field payroll of 10 carpenters and labourers, and 12 superintendents. Many of our employees have been loyal to CDC for more than 10 years.

We are located in our own building next to downtown Vancouver with 2,500 square feet of offices plus a warehouse and a workshop
