Home of the Deep Coaching Intensive Founded by Leon VanderPol, we are a global coach training company which gave birth to the Deep Coaching approach to facilitating profound inner transformation of the self and soul. Here we learn to “swim at the deep end” of the coaching spectrum, at our most essential levels of being. It is our passion to awaken coaches to their full potential, and the potential of coaching as an agent for change and growth. Our work is grounded in a commitment to enabling personal and planetary transformation at it’s deepest level – the level of consciousness. We do this by redefining the coaching paradigm and conversation, moving away from approaches based primarily on goal setting and action taking to what it means to create a sacred space in which transformation of the self can naturally and organically unfold.
