Cervus Equipment Corporation primarily engages in the sale, after-sale service, and maintenance of agricultural, transportation, construction, and industrial equipment. It operates through three segments: Agricultural, Transportation, and Commercial and Industrial. The Agricultural segment offers tractors, combine harvesting equipment, tillage, seeding, nutrient management and soil preparation machinery, sprayers, hay and forage equipment, material handling, integrated agricultural systems technology, precision agricultural irrigation equipment and supplies, lawn and garden tractors, compact utility tractors, zero-turn radius and front mowers, and utility vehicles, as well as associated implements for mowing, tilling, snow and debris handling, aerating, and other turf applications. The Commercial and Industrial segment sells and services all-wheel steer loaders, utility products, Toolcat utility work machines, skid-steer and mini track loaders, light construction equipment, compact tractors, compact track loaders, and compact excavators and attachments; articulated dump trucks, backhoe loaders, excavators, mini excavators, rough terrain forklifts, skid steer loaders, telescopic handlers, track and wheel loaders, and industrial forklifts; and used construction equipment, attachments, and supplies, as well as provides parts, rentals, service, and after-market care. It also offers cushion tire, electric, multi directional, narrow aisle, pneumatic tire, rough terrain, and heavy forklifts; and power stackers, sweepers and scrubbers, telescopic handlers, aerial work platforms, and drop deck trailers. The Transportation segment sells and services road conventional, vocational, and medium-duty pick-up and delivery trucks; and operates a collision repair center and part and service center.
