César Castillo Inc. is a fourth-generation, family-owned company that is celebrating its 70th year of doing business in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. Since establishing the business in February 1942, our founder César Castillo-Pietri had a vision for the company: to become the largest distributor of health, beauty care and consumer products on the island and the Caribbean. A Puerto Rican entrepreneur, Castillo-Pietri believed the company would successfully fill a pressing need at the time for “quality and necessary” services.
Today, that vision is a reality. CCI’s long-standing history is rich with milestones that have formed our company into what it is today: a lean operation dedicated to offering comprehensive, state-of-the-art distribution and logistics services to some of the world’s biggest pharmaceutical, medical devices and consumer goods companies with presence in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
