Chalkboard Kenya helps deliver a platform for young people to build their own teaching careers, working across national boundaries to give orphans an education to be proud of.
Creates a home for Kenyan children were through education, all economic, social and health issues can be challenged and overcome.
Description -
Chalkboard Kenya is a social enterprise designed to develop the learning potential of young Kenyan students as well as release the teaching potential of the world’s future teachers. We will achieve this by linking aspiring teachers with Kenyan children, whilst promoting new and exciting teaching styles and techniques. Our mission starts in Kenya, on the border to Uganda in a town called Busia, at Mama Orphans Children Home (MOCH) teaching young Kenyan orphans.
