Looker Office Equipment is a family owned and operated Red Deer business that has been serving the Central Alberta region for forty plus years. In 1962 Colin Looker opened Looker Office Equipment. As a former service manager with Remington Rand, Colin had an extreme emphasis on service, this was thoroughly ingrained into the culture at Looker . When Colin retired, his service manager Ken Labron took over and continued the emphasis of after sales service with great success. Ken retired and then Terry Coutts, the former sales manager, assumed the lead role at Lookers. His focus was to bring Looker Office Equipment towards and into the new millennium.
Over the past eight years Terry’s focus has been to bring on new technological tools that improve what was a very good, service based company and make it even better, by offering the best in products and service. By continuing to focus on service before sales, Looker Office will continue to rely on word of mouth not flashy ads and marketing to grow our busines
