In 1964, two brothers from Minneapolis began repairing leather goods in their garage. By '65, their craftsmanship gained popularity in the growing mid-west rodeo community.
An official name was now needed for this fledgling little enterprise, so Creative Leather Goods came into being. Shortened to CLG soon afterwards, CLG PRO Rodeo Products was on its way to becoming the most trusted rodeo equipment name in America.
