Production specialist in producing precision machined products from bar stock. Our specialty is production turning using CNC screw machines. Typical quantities ranging from 100 pieces to 100,000. A variety of industries served ranging from defense, electronics, automotive to medical and aerospace in materials from brass to titanium. Bar capacities range from miniature Swiss class work to 7/8” maximum bar capacity. CNC capabilities range from simple two axis work to the most complex 10 axis CNC Swiss work. With our diversity of CNC’s equipped with live tooling and sub-spindle capabilities, we offer a variety of solutions to serve your production requirements.
