The company started as a division of Commercial Fabricators, Inc. in February 1982. After becoming a subsidiary in November 1991, the name Concept Frames was chosen. In September 1993, Concept Frames moved to its current location at 2015 Industrial Drive, Newton and in November 1994 became Concept Frames, Incorporated. In July 2007 a 5,000 square foot office addition was completed making the facility a total of 35,000 square feet.
