The Company has been set up to manage Kimball Close, a private estate on the outskirts of Oakham, Rutland located adjacent to the Oakham Enterprise Park.
The estate, which was previously home to the Cottesmore Hunt was converted in 2004 by a local developer and now comprises 36 properties of which 10 remain part of a ‘shared ownership’ scheme run by Waterloo Homes.
COMC is charged with managing the estate which also includes various communal areas and 4 apartments.
The management of this requires funds, so all 38 properties on the Development are Covenanted to the Company and contribute equally to the yearly management &
maintenance cost.
