Founded in May of 2012 by Architects Gary Hall and Sean Frederick as a Sub-S Corporation, Creative
Design Solutions, Inc (CDS) is a firm centered upon Christian values and dedicated to excellent client
appreciation. We believe that success begins at the first impression and is achieved through constant
communication. Our hope for every project is that we will exceed our clients’s expectations and serve
them well.
We believe that design is a process. It is a collaborative effort that involves input from the entire team.
Designers, user groups, and builders, are all part of this process. For us the process begins by listening
carefully to the owner’s needs and wishes, not our own. It progresses with scheduled reviews and
discussions into project refinement. In the end a successful project is one that addresses all of the issues
and is within budget. For our repeated clients this is a relationship that continues to grow and nurture.
