Kompanija Delta-Pak osnovana je u okviru grupacije Delta Holding.
Delta-Pak je OPERATER, koji ima ulogu da upravlja sistemom odnosno da spoji organizacije koje plasiraju ambalažu na tržište i reciklere. To podrazumeva upravljanje ambalažnim otpadom u celini, koje obuhvata: planiranje i organizovanje aktivnosti vezanih za sakupljanje, transport, skladištenje, tretman i odlaganje ambalažnog otpada.
Obavezu ovakvog upravljanja nameće Zakon o ambalaži i ambalažnom otpadu („Službeni glasnik Republike Srbije“, broj 36/09), koji ima načelo o podeli odgovornosti svih privrednih subjekata, u skladu sa načelom "zagađivač plaća" tokom životnog ciklusa proizvoda.
Delta – Pak ima za cilj uspostavljanje sistema upravljanja ambalažom i ambalažnim otpadom, u skladu sa principima zaštite životne sredine, važećim zakonskim propisima u Republici Srbiji i međunarodnim standardima.
