Dow Development Laboratories (DDL) is an expanded division of Symbio, LLC, a specialty clinical research organization with extensive expertise conducting clinical studies in dermatology and other indications for pharmaceutical, generic and device companies. From our early beginnings in 2005 as Symbio’s R&D laboratory located in Ft Collins, CO., we have quickly grown into a fully functioning, FDA-registered*, cGMP compliant formulation and manufacturing lab that provides expert technical product development services to our clients. DDL is now located in a new 12,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Petaluma, California.
